I found a collection of royal stamps that belong to someone that I know his name how can I find him?
The man who lost this collection is Elias Farah
His original nationlity is Jordanian
He has the American nationality too
He might be in the USA now
He lost his collection from about 16 years ago in Kuwait
So I want to find him and deliver his belongings
They are safe
I want someone to help me in this safely
And I want to know his phone number, I hope I find him inspite of the difficulty of it.

1) check with www.switchboard.com and see if he is listed.
2) Call the American Philatelic Society at the number shown on www.stamps.org and ask if he is a member. If he is, they will let you send a letter to him care of the American Philatelic Society’s address.
