TaylorMade is introducing a new set of irons R9 with a clean and conventional wisdom that the company based in Basingstoke, said will appeal to "technical" golfers.
The club has presented responsible R9 TaylorMade TP irons, inspired by the entry Nick Faldo and that will appeal to amateur and elite Pro-Tour.
The cost of the 8-club set of irons R9 (4-iron to sand wedge) is 699 pounds of steel shafts and £ 799 with graphite.
The R9 TaylorMade plates TP will also be available Oct. 12 in the men's right-and left-handed models (3-iron to the pitching wedge) with steel shafts for £ 729 (X, S and R flexes). A 2-iron and wedge attack are available separately.
Said Harry Arnett, director of the TaylorMade's senior category metalwoods and irons: "Whereas our Burner irons deliver extraordinary distance in a modern design, are destined R9 irons in the technical, and thus represented as a player with a clean look and conventional.
"However, it packs a ridiculous degree technology to improve performance within each clubhead large. The result is an iron that is incredibly easy to play despite its classic, and highly controllable and precise as well. "
The long irons TaylorMade R9 and a half plates have been designed separately from the short irons to maximize performance in each club, as the perpetrators, with 4-iron through 6-iron "long and extremely easy to hit," using thin face technology speed control of the chamber (VCC). The R9 short irons are designed with a soothing vibration layer located between the clubface and the cavity to promote feel good, control and accuracy.

Faldo believes it is essential that this point of connection to be pleasing to the eyes of the elite player, with the addition of nickel-chrome mirror with a pearl finish.
All R9 TP irons feature TaylorMade's Inverted Cone Technology (developed over the long irons, issued short irons) made directly on the inner side of the clubface to promote greater ball speed off-center hits.
Although many players switching to hybrids, TaylorMade, says the center of gravity low and VCC technology makes long irons easier R9 TP to launch and hopes that many players put the 2 – and 3-iron back in their bags.
Among those already won with the TaylorMade TP irons R9 KBS Tour shaft series are Kenny Perry, Dustin Johnson and Rory Sabbatini. Also incorporated a new groove design that conforms to USGA and R & A ruling that is set to Tour competition in January.
